When we recognize that the same Intelligence that spins galaxies also animates every cell of our being, we begin to release the fear of illness and accept our divine inheritance of vitality.

Holmes wrote:

This Power does not withhold healing; it is healing. The moment we align our thinking with the truth of wholeness, the Law of Mind translates that inner recognition into visible restoration.

1. Recognize: Life within me is perfect, whole, and complete.

2. Unify: I am one with the Infinite Intelligence that created me.

3. Speak the Word: I now affirm divine health as my reality.

4. Give Thanks: Gratitude seals the consciousness of wholeness.

5. Release: Let the Law fulfill itself without effort or resistance.
