Patrice Rivera RScP
Patrice is a professional student, she teases about the alphabet soup after her name. As a lifelong learner, she believes that with her 40 + years in Religious Science (as Center for Spiritual Living -CSL- was originally named), she is just getting started. She feels so grateful and truly blessed to have started her journey, received her training and been an active Practitioner at Mile Hi Church, the largest church in the CSL movement. She continues to realize that her experiences at Mile Hi have helped her in so many ways.
As a single mother raising four daughters in Religious Science, she has an intrinsic understanding of what Ernest Holmes meant by “Change your thinking, change your life.” Her belief in this philosophy became even deeper when she attracted into her life the man of her dreams, Edgar Rivera. Together they now have 14 grandchildren, four daughters and a son; sadly, Patrice’s oldest daughter, Melissa transitioned due to Covid-19.
She is enthusiastic and excited to be a part of the dynamic and heart-centered GO CSL. As a result of Patrice being the T A (Teacher’s assistant) for many of the ministers teaching CSL courses and her working at the Prayer and Care Center, she has sat with hundreds of clients, allowing them to see, feel and know their Truth. She has an active Practitionership which, with the help of Covid, has found Facetime and/or ZOOM meetgings almost as effective as in-person, however, she does like in-person better because of the the hugs. She is available and happy to be support for dreams, goals, sticky-icky situations, and in all ways of remembering to remember who we truly are.
