Sheryl Cattell RScP

Sheryl Cattell is the Founder and CEO of Allmaya, LLC Coaching and an award-winning digital marketer. Former CMO/VP of marketing turned educator and life coach, she shares her time between being a mental health coach at Lyra Health and teaching marketing classes for undergrad and graduate students at Florida Atlantic University. Past career highlights include digital executive positions at Bank of America, Mary Kay, and Travelocity, including ten years at Bluegreen Resorts and eight years at Dow Corning, where she lived and worked overseas for four years in Brussels, Belgium.

Sheryl is the founder and past president of two non-profit interactive marketing associations in South Florida and Dallas. She has taught at top universities, including the University of Virginia McIntire School of Business, The University of San Francisco, and Central Michigan University. She graduated from Michigan State University and has an MBA degree from Central Michigan University.

Sheryl is a Level 2 Master Certified Life Coach from Certified Life Coach Institute 2020, a Hatha Yoga & Pranayama Certified Instructor from Integral Yoga International and a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course offered by the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Sheryl started her “New Thought” path at a Unity Church in Indianapolis in 1997, which eventually led her to CSL Dallas, where she took her first “life-changing” Foundations Course with Dr. Petra Weldes. In 2003, she moved for her job and started attending CSL Ft. Lauderdale, where she met her wife Toni and studied with Arleen Bump and Jim Lockard. In 2008, She and her wife were married by Dr. David Bruner CSL San Jose, where Toni attended before returning to Ft. Lauderdale and where it was legal for them to marry. Sheryl & Toni moved to Greater Orlando a few months ago to be closer to their grandkids and youngest son and his wife. Sheryl recently graduated from Practitioner Training.
