It is my joy to offer this Spiritual Mind Treatment – also called affirmative prayer – on the spiritual attribute of abundance.

This is an invitation to remember the Truth that an abundant life is much more than a life filled with things. It is a life filled with joy and supplied in every aspect by exactly what is needed when it is needed.

Join me as I breath in deeply and slowly, and out again. As I breath in, I feel the expansion of receiving this breath. As I breath out, I participate in this perfect act of being in the flow of all good. I live in the air and it lives in me in the same way I live in Spirit while It lives in and as me. Inseparable. So natural it requires no thought. It simply is life itself – to breath in and breath out. Receive and give. Flow.

As I relax into the space of this breath, I allow my conscious mind to dwell on what I know to be true of Spirit. It is both creator and the stuff of creation. It was in the beginning and all that is must be made of It. Must be made by It. There is nothing else but Its own idea and the idea forming into manifest form.

And oh how wonderfully it creates. How abundantly It creates. Stars beyond counting. Grains of sand. Leaves on trees. God knows no limit and is never stingy. It is forever manifesting in new and unique ways, desiring the outward form of Its unlimited imagination. Always creating more than enough – and then creating more.

I am an idea sprung from that fertile field of creation – as is everyone in the sound of my voice. As is everyone and everything known and unknown. We are, each and all, one with the One. What is known anywhere is known everywhere for we live in this Universal Mind which responds to every thought. When I recognize and align with Truth, it becomes my experience and when I speak that recognition it opens the space for alignment for everyone through this Oneness.

Knowing this, I know that the attributes of God must also be the attributes of my own life. As It is Wise, I must have wisdom. As It is Whole, I must be whole. As It is Joy, I must experience joy. And as It is the very concept and execution of abundance, I must experience abundance. As It supplies every creation with the tools to thrive, I am supplied.

And so I know I am gifted with abundance in every form. Abundant vitality and energy. Abundant ideas and forms of expression. Abundant relationships to love and be loved, share and care, teach and be taught. Places to serve with love and those who serve me in love. Abundant resources – money to exchange, talents to share, ideas to grow, generosity given and received. The things I Truly desire are themselves gifts from the abundance of Spirit to ignite my step toward Understanding.

As I dwell on these ideas, I feel a spaciousness within me. I am open and ready to receive without limits, without precedence, with radical self-acceptance of my own worth. As I know for myself, I know for all.

I am grateful beyond measure for the Truth that resides in each one of us – ready to be remembered and activated in each moment. I am grateful for this opportunity to remember who I am and what I come from – to remember what expresses through me. I am grateful for this moment to express this Truth and call forth the limitless potential into manifest form.

I release these words and the knowing that speaks them into that Law of God which knows how to deliver all that is immediately. I let go and Let God.

And so it is.
