Affirmative Prayers for Health and Wellness

Purpose of Prayer: I speak my word honoring its power to declare, proclaim and manifest my optimal vision of perfect health in mind and body.  I speak my word as a reflection of my creative thoughts and consciousness knowing the Truth about my essence.  I pray knowing I am in existence as an in infinite, vital life force.  I speak this prayer as a direct emanation of health and wholeness, an imprint of Spirit in form.

Recognition:  God is infinite, timeless, ageless, and eternal.  God is the ultimate giving source creatively emanating love and life.  God is infinite life and so am I.  God is vitality. God is the givingness of Life.

Unification:  I am one with God. My life is one with God’s life.  My spirit is one with the spirit of God.  My body is one with the body of God, an out picturing of the unseen spiritual nature of who I really am.  My spirit is one with a Divine, vital energetic life force.

Realization: I am an eternal, timeless, vital being.  I am also one with an eternal, timeless, limitless universe. As God emanates love and life so do I at every point, in every aspect of my spiritual imprint, the seen and unseen.  My essence is strength. My essence is health.  The truth of my being originates from the ultimate vital life source.  I declare I am vital, whole, and healthy.  Health is my birthright.  I proclaim I am guided to all the right experiences, opportunities, relationships, nourishment, and practices that allow me to progress in form as a vital, healthy, and self-honoring individualized expression. I am motivated in living healthily in mind, spirit, and body.  All my needs are met to live in wholeness, the essence of who I am.

Thanksgiving:  I broadcast gratitude for my vital life.  I give thanks to this mortal body for being a home to my eternal spirit.  I give thanks for the record my body holds of all the rich experiences I’ve been blessed to know.  I give thanks for my motivated consciousness that is now honoring spiritual, mental, and physical health.

Release:  I release these words, this prayer, my vision of health and vitality into God and into Law. And so it is.
